Labs2 Group AB has today informed that the ongoing share issue is delayed. The delay of the share issue is due to lack of payments from some guarantors of the share issue. The lack of payments could jeopardize the entire share issue. Therefore OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm finds that there is adverse uncertainty regarding the Company’s financial situation.
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Labs2 Group AB (ISIN code SE0000426470 and order book ID 24072) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Tuesday, January 8th, 2008.
