Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Great Britain notified STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad Vilbel, Germany, ISIN
DE0007251803, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 8th January 2008 Fidelity Investments International crossed above the
threshold of 3 % of the voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG, Bad
Vilbel, Germany. On that date Fidelity Investments International held 3.24
% of the voting rights in STADA Arzneimittel AG arising from 1,903,328
voting rights.
