We are very pleased to announce that Pauli Joensen as at 1 February 2008 will
take over the position as CED of the subsidiary company Aurora Group, which
operates with companies in the 4 Nordic countries from its Herlev headquarters.
Pauli Joensen, who is Danish, 56 years old and has a M.Sc. in Economics and
Business Administration with specialisation in Organisation and Strategic
Planning and a B.Com. in Accounting, comes from a position as Director of
Supply Chain in Schneider Nordic Baltic A/S, which is a company in the
Schneider Electric S.A. group.
In 1996, Pauli Joensen was appointed as finance director and member of the
Board of Directors in Lauritz Knudsen A/S (which as of 1999 has been a company
under Schneider Electric S.A.), where he was responsible for the functions
finance, logistics, purchase and IT, and as at 2003, Pauli Joensen took over
his former position in connection with the establishment of Schneider Nordic
Baltic A/S.
Pauli Joensen replaces Jesper Ourø Jensen, who after many years' effort will be
leaving the company during the first quarter of the year to take up new
challenges outside the group.
