SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Feb. 7, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Paul Mueller Company (Pink Sheets:MUEL) has declared a cash dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share on its outstanding common stock.
The action was taken February 7, 2008, at the regular quarterly meeting of the Board of Directors. The dividend of sixty cents ($0.60) per share is payable on March 14, 2008, to shareholders of record on February 18, 2008.
