OÜ Toletum, the largest shareholder of Arco Vara AS, splits its assets. After the transactions 20,5 mln shares of Arco Vara will belong to OÜ Greatway. Prior to the transaction OÜ Toletum belonged 50%/50% to Arti Arakas and Richard Tomingas, after the transaction the sole owner of OÜ Toletum is Richard Tomingas. OÜ Greatway belongs 100% to Arti Arakas. The arrangement improves personal asset management of the founding partners.
