according to section 21, paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act
that as of February 11, 2008, they have exceeded the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in LANXESS AG and hold 3.01% of the voting rights. This
corresponds to 2,502,075 voting rights.
All voting rights are in their entirety attributed to AQR Capital
Management, LLC. pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
