Nobel Biocare Holding AG has decided to apply for delisting from the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm. This application has as previously announced been approved and the last day of trading in the company’s shares is May 9th, 2008. The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if the company applies for delisting.
The OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has ,with reference to what is stated above, decided that the shares in Nobel Biocare Holding AG (ISIN code CH0014030040 and orderbook ID 19175) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Friday February 22nd, 2008.
