KommuneKredit issues index-linked Notes

KommuneKredit will issue index-linked Notes with ISIN: DK003009300-0.

The Notes are issued in Danish Kroner at an issue price of 105.00 per cent. and
will not be interest bearing. 

The Notes will be issued on 14 March 2008 and will mature on 14 March 2011. 

The Redemption Amount is dependent on the development of an index basket
containing the indices Russian Depository Index, FTSE LATIBEX Brazil Index and
S&P Southeast Asia 40 Index. 

The Final Terms specify the procedure according to which Nordea Bank Danmark
A/S calculates the amount at which the Notes will be redeemed on 14 March 2011. 

There will be a subscription period for the Notes running from 9 a.m. 6 March
2008 to 5 p.m. 7 March 2008. The nominal amount to be issued will be determined
by Nordea Bank Danmark A/S after the subscription period. The issue of Notes
will be cancelled if Nordea Bank Danmark A/S does not receive subscription
orders in excess of DKK 50,000,000. If Nordea Bank Danmark A/S receives
subscription orders in excess of DKK 1,000,000,000 orders may be reduced by
either KommuneKredit or Nordea Bank Danmark A/S to an amount of DKK
1,000,000,000. 

The issue of Notes will also be cancelled should the participation rate turn
out to be less than 127 per cent. 

KommuneKredit and Nordea Bank Danmark A/S reserve the right to stop, revoke
and/or cancel the offer to subscribe at any time prior to 2 p.m. 7 March 2008.
Announcement will be made to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange should the right to
stop, revoke and/or cancel the offer be utilised. 

The Notes will be issued through and registered in the Danish Securities
Services (Værdipapircentralen A/S) and they are expected to be admitted to
trading on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on or about 14 March 2008.
