Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 7, 2008 we have been notified by Craig Sheftell, West Hills, USA,
pursuant to § 21, Section 1 WpHG:

I herewith notify pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG that my share of voting
rights in IM Internationalmedia AG, Kaulbachstrasse 1, 80539 München, has
exceeded the threshold of 30 percent on February 29th, 2008 due to the
exercise of options and amounts to 37.04 % (equalling 2.797,480 voting
rights). These voting rights are attributed to me via Eluvium Holdings
GmbH, Munich (registered seat), c/o Capitol Films US, 10100 Santa Monica
Blvd., Suite 1250, Century City, CA 90067, USA, and via its sole
shareholder Eluvium Limited, Bridge House 63-65, North Wharf Road, London
W2 1LA, Großbritannien, pursuant to § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 WpHG.
