On March 7, 2008 we have been notified by Eluvium Holdings GmbH, München
(registered seat) pursuant to § 21, Section 1 WpHG:

We herewith notify pursuant to § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG that our share of voting
rights in IM Internationalmedia AG, Kaulbachstrasse 1, 80539 München,
Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 30 percent on February 29th, 2008
due to the exercise of options and amounts to 37.04% (equalling 2.797,480
voting rights).
