Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On March 11, 2008 , HMC-New York, Inc. New York, USA has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft, Essen, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006070006, WKN: 607000, have exceeded the 5% limit of the Voting Rights
on March 05, 2008  and now amount to 5.16% (this corresponds to 3615917
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 1.72% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1205305 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.

According to Article 22, Section 2, WpHG, 3.44% of the Voting Rights (this
corresponds to 2410612 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company 
from Harbinger Capital Partners Master Fund I, Ltd..
