2008 in the name of Constant Ventures II Luxembourg S.A.,
Luxembourg/Luxembourg, Constant Ventures B.V., Amsterdam/Netherlands,
Constant Ventures III B.V., Amsterdam/Netherlands and in his own name, that
the voting rights of Constant Ventures II Luxembourg S.A. on EM.Sport Media
AG, Ismaning/Germany, which are to be attributed to the other notifying
parties according to Article 22 sec. 1 sentence 1 nummber 1 WpHG, has
fallen below 5% limit and the 3% limit on March 13, 2008 and amount to 0%
(0 shares) as of that day.
