Thomas Evertsson new President of Willys AB

Axfood has recruited Thomas Evertsson to serve as the new President of Willys
AB. Thomas Evertsson has held the position as President of Coop Sverige AB for
two and a half years, and has extensive experience in the retail food industry."During his time at Coop Sverige, Thomas has led an extensive change process and
generated improved results," says Anders Strålman, President and CEO of Axfood
AB. "Thomas will be a strong force in Willys ongoing development."

Thomas Everstsson has held several managerial positions with KF/Coop since 1990,
including head of hypermarkets as well as central management positions for Gröna
Konsum and Coop Sverige AB. He will assume his new position on 1 September.
