About changes to the composition of the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” Council On the ordinary shareholders` meeting of the AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”, held on March 19th 2008, the changes were made to the composition of the Council of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”. New AS “Latvijas Krājbanka” Council shall be elected for three years; the new term shall be effective on March 19th 2008. The work in the position of the Council member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka“ will proceed Raimondas Baranauskas, Aleksandrs Antonovs, Oļegs Suhorukovs, Naglis Stancikas, Žoržas Šarafanovičius, Michael Duncan Chartres and a new Council member Dmitrijs Kocjuba. Dmitrijs Jakovļevs was not repeatedly elected in the position of Council member of AS “Latvijas Krājbanka”.
