DUE TO INCREASE OF ORDER BACKLOG THE CO-DETERMINATION PROCEDURE CONCERNING THE PERSONNEL AT INCAP'S VUOKATTI FACTORY HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED

The co-determination procedure concerning the personnel at Incap's
Vuokatti factory have discontinued today. Order backlog has increased
strongly and there has been so many deliveries that it has been
decided to discontinue with the co-determination procedure at
Vuokatti factory.

These negotiations were initiated on 28 February 2008 and the
eventual actions which were to be agreed upon included temporary
layoffs for a maximum of 90 days.
