Release of a Voting Rights announcement

1. Kairos Investment Management Ltd, London, Great Britain has informed us
in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA, Milano, Italy and KIM BV, Amsterdam,
Netherlands, according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% limit of the voting rights on August 17, 2007 and now amounts to
3.18% (this corresponds to 137979  voting rights).

Thereof are 3.18% (137979 voting rights) to be attributed pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6  in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG
to KIM SpA, Milano, Italien, und KIM BV, Amsterdam, Niederlande through
Kairos Fund Ltd.


2. Kairos Investment Management Ltd, London, Great Britain has informed us
in the name and on behalf of KIM SpA, Milano, Italy and KIM BV, Amsterdam,
Netherlands, according to section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its voting rights on ISRA VISION AG, Darmstadt, Deutschland, have exceeded
the 3% limit of the voting rights on October 22, 2007 and now amounts to
5.01% (this corresponds to 217117  voting rights).


Thereof are 5.01% (217117 voting rights) to be attributed pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6  in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG
to KIM SpA, Milano, Italien, und KIM BV, Amsterdam, Niederlande through
Kairos Fund Ltd.
