Stiebel Eltron chooses ReadSoft's solution for invoice automation

The Stiebel Eltron Group, a leading manufacturer of domestic and
system technology, has implemented the SAP-certified solution
ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices to process 70,000 invoices annually.
The software will automate - and thereby accelerate - the processes
in the Accounts Payable department and increase transparency.

Stiebel Eltron is a German manufacturer dedicated to producing
high-quality electric tank-less water heaters, thermal solar
products, automatic hand dryers, and space heaters. With 15
subsidiaries around the world, the company offers versatile solutions
to help reduce energy costs.

At their head office in Holzminden, Stiebel Eltron recently installed
ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices to process 70,000 invoices annually -
making use of the software's functionalities for invoice collection,
test and licensing, and monitoring. The certified SAP add-ons WEB
CYCLE and INVOICE COCKPIT will manage the workflow and Accounts
Payable platform respectively, and ANALYZER will generate reports
enabling evaluation and improvements of the process.
 
Using the ReadSoft solution enables Stiebel Eltron to automatically
match invoice data with SAP, and deal with discrepancies in for
example price and quantity at an early stage.
