Release of a Voting Rights announcement

FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG of the following:
On 18 April 2008 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 5 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG. On that date, FIL Limited held 4,93 % of the voting
rights in Kontron AG arising from 2,553,037 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to FIL Limited pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to FIL
Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3
% or more of the voting rights in Kontron AG.
Fidelity Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, England has notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 18 April 2008 Fidelity Investment Management Limited fell below the
threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, Fidelity
Investment Management Limited held 4,93 % of the voting rights in Kontron
AG arising from 2,553,037 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Investment
Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG. The voting rights were attributed to Fidelity
Investment Management Limited inter alia from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a
shareholder holding 3 % or more of the voting rights in Kontron AG.
Fidelity Investments International, Hildenborough, England has notified us
pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 18 April 2008 Fidelity Investments International fell below the
threshold of 5 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, Fidelity
Investments International held 4,83 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG
arising from 2,500,627 voting rights.
All voting rights in Kontron AG were attributed to Fidelity Investments
International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG. The voting
rights were attributed to Fidelity Investments International inter alia
from Fidelity Funds SICAV, being a shareholder holding 3 % or more of the
voting rights in Kontron AG.
Fidelity Funds SICAV, Luxembourg, Luxembourg has notified us pursuant to
section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 23 April 2008 Fidelity Funds SICAV fell below the threshold of 3 % of
the voting rights in Kontron AG. On that date, Fidelity Funds SICAV held
2,94 % of the voting rights in Kontron AG arising from 1,524,989 voting
rights.
