Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On 12th March 2008 Oyster Asset Management S.A., 4A rue Henri Schnadt,
L-2530 Luxembourg, acting in the capacity as discretionary investment
manager, has fallen under the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of
10tacle studios AG Goebelstr. 21, 64293 Darmstadt, Germany, and held 4,88%
(300,158 voting rights).

These voting rights are entirely attributed in accordance with Sec. 22 para
1 Sent. 1 Nr. 6 WpHG.

These voting rights are attributed to Oyster Asset Management S.A. in
accordance with Sec. 22 para 1 Sent. 1 Nr. 6 WpHG and are held by the
subfund Oyster European Small Cap and other funds.
