OMX Nordic Exchange Iceland (The Exchange) has approved the request from OMX AB to remove the company's shares from trading. The company does not fulfil the listing requirements with regard to ownership distribution; see further in an announcement from the company, dated March 17, 2008. The shares will be removed from trading after closing of trading on 2 May 2008. This is made with reference to Art 7.1 of Listing Requirements of the Nordic Exchange.
