Munich, April 30, 2008. Premiere AG’s Supervisory Board has appointed
Oliver Kaltner to the Premiere AG Management Board. Kaltner, previously at
Sony Deutschland GmbH, will take on his new position at Premiere on July 1,
2008, as Management Board member responsible for Marketing & Sales. Up to
now, CEO Michael Börnicke has been directly responsible for this division.
In his new role, Oliver Kaltner will be responsible for all Premiere’s
customer acquisition and customer retention activities.

Oliver Kaltner has worked for the Sony Group for the last five years. In
spring 2005, he was appointed Divisional Director Marketing Consumer
Electronics + IT, authorized representative and member of the management
team at Sony Deutschland GmbH. In this position, he was also responsible
for product management and played a central role in the strategic
realignment of Sony’s marketing structure. Prior to his employment at Sony,
Kaltner held various management positions in marketing and sales with
renowned brand corporations, including Electronic Arts and Nike.
