Leigh Ann Powell is both a member of the Ohio National Guard and is employed as a Human Resource Representative at Advantage Bank. She submitted a nomination form to the Secretary of Defense, identifying the accommodations that Advantage Bank has made for her and other Guard and Reservists who serve our country.
In addition, Jim Chugg, Vice President of Human Resources at the Bank, has received the "My Boss is a Patriot" award of the NCESGR in recognition of his support of employees serving in the reserve forces. This honor is received by only three percent of those nominated, and was presented May 5, 2008.
