On 25 April 2008, Solar initiated a share buy-back programme which run until 22
May 2008. The share buy-back is limited to DKK 20 million. The programme is
structured in compliance with the “Safe Harbour” provisions of the Commission
Regulation No. 2273/2003 of 22 December 2003.
Since the publication of announcement no. 35 2008 on 25 April 2008, the
following transactions have been made under the share buy-back programme:

As a result of the above mentioned transactions, Solar owns a total of 475,745
Solar B-shares of DKK 100 nominally, corresponding to 6.53% of the share
capital and 3.09% of the votes.
Buy-back of DKK 15,367,154 remains under the programme.
