After the increase of the authorized capital the amended

On 14 May 2008 the Charter of Šiaulių bankas AB with the increased authorized   
capital was registered in the Register of Legal Entities. The authorized capital
of the bank after the increase has reached LTL 180,357,533 (EUR 52,235,152). The
par value per share is LTL 1.
