The Board of Lietuvos Energija AB decided to revoke Mr. Rymantas Juozaitis from
the position of the General Director of the company from 21 May 2008. Mr.
Rimantas Sukys, Finance Director of Lietuvos Energija AB, will be the Acting
General Director of the company according to the Regulations of the Management
Board of the Company.
