In connection with the opening of new ISINs by Nykredit Realkredit A/S, "Final
terms for the prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S,
Capital Centre E, series 12E (fixed-rate non-callable bonds, amortisation
independent of payments on underlying bonds)" have been amended. 

The bond specified in Appendix 1 has been added to the final terms.

For system-related reasons, the ISIN will not be listed on the OMX Nordic
Exchange 
Copenhagen until 4 June 2008

The prospectus for the offering of SDOs in Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Capital
Centre E, including the final bond terms, is available at nykredit.com/ir.
