Enterprise Incentive Software, Inc. Names New Managing Director of Global Sales to Meet Increased Demands for CATS EIM Incentive Compensation Software

WESTPORT, Conn., June 4, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Enterprise Incentive Software, Inc. (EISI), a pioneer in sales force incentive compensation, and developer of CATS(r) EIM, has expanded its management team adding Kevin S. Berardino as Managing Director-Global Sales, it was announced today by company chief executive officer, John A. Laurino. Berardino will be based in Rochester, New York.

Prior to joining EISI, Berardino spent 14 years in the IT industry in leadership and sales positions. Most recently, he was network and software product manager for Tri-Delta Resources, a leading provider of network consulting and engineering, network servers, Microsoft software and operating systems, Citrix products and services, ASP, disaster recovery and other IT services. He was able to affect Citrix annual sales by 200% as a result of his extensive and cutting-edge product knowledge, coaching, mentoring, and overall leadership abilities. Previously, Berardino was senior account manager at Advanced Computer Technologies (ACT) where he earned the company's #1 sales producer position. Prior to ACT, he was an enterprise account manager at the Jannon Group (now NEC Business Network Solutions) where he focused in large corporate and account sales to the financial and manufacturing markets.

Berardino is a graduate of the Manufacturing Operations Management Program at Fairfield University. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a concentration in business management from Western New England College in Springfield, Massachusetts. He has training and certifications in Microsoft, Citrix Systems, VMWare, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard, and IBM.
