Paynova AB’s (Paynova) Annual General Meeting approved the proposed rights issue in Paynova AB. The record date is June 11, 2008.
According to 4.5.1.4 in the Rules and Regulations of OMX Derivatives Markets a re-calculation shall not be allowed to result in an increase of the exercise or futures price for events other than reverse splits or mergers.
Since the Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) on the ex-day, June 9, 2008, exceeded the VWAP on the trading day before the ex-day OMX Derivatives Markets will not carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Paynova.
