According to sec 21 para. 1 WpHG I inform you in the name and on behalf of
David Gelbaum and Monica Chavez Gelbaum, USA, that on June 3, 2008 the
share of voting rights of David Gelbaum and Monica Chavez Gelbaum as joint
owners ('Gesamthandsberechtigte') in Phoenix Solar AG, Hirschbergstraße 8,
85254 Sulzemoos, (ISIN: DE000A0BVU93) fell below the threshold of 3 % and
amounts to 2,95 % (197.132 voting rights) on that day.
