Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On June 06, 2008 , UBS AG, Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Bilfinger Berger AG, Mannheim, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005909006, WKN:
590900, have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on June 02, 2008 
and now amount to 3.03% (this corresponds to 1126130 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.17% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 64912 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
