Thus, last day of trading will be 16 June 2008. The delistings are requested by the funds themselves, cf. approvals made on the AGM held on 4 April 2008 and EGM held on 29 April 2008. It was approved to demerger Midtinvest Pension 2020 to Midtinvest Verden (as per 12 June 2008 Handelsinvest Verden) and Midtinvest Lange Danske Obligationer Pension (as per 12 June 2008 Handelsinvest Lange Danske Obligationer Pension). The two latter sub-funds are the receiving sub-funds. Further, it was approved to liquidate Midtinvest Pension 2030. Midtinvest Pension 2020 is traded on the sub-market “UCITS” on the sub-market list “Balanced”.
