This buyback of ad pepper shares, which is authorized until October 2008, enables the Management Board to acquire ad pepper stocks up to 5% percent of the total shareholders equity via the stock exchange. The equivalent that ad pepper pays for each share may be within a price range which is not less than 15% and not more than 15% of the average trading price of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (XETRA) one day prior to the repurchase of the shares. The Management Board intends to utilise the shares from the current buyback for the companys own employee share programs. ad pepper will authorise a bank to conduct the share buyback.
