OMX The Nordic Exchange, Copenhagen 23 June 2008 Release No. 18 New appointment - NKT Holding A/S Michael Hedegaard Lyng, CFO at NKT Holding A/S, has been appointed Group Executive Director, CFO. From 1 July 2008 he will therefore join the NKT Holding Group Management, which has overall responsibility for strategic development within the NKT Group. The Group Management will henceforth consist of Thomas Hofman-Bang, President and CEO, Søren Isaksen, Group Executive Director, CTO, and Michael Hedegaard Lyng, who will continue in charge of finance and accounting, IT and investor relations. Michael Hedegaard Lyng (38) joined the NKT Group as CFO on 1 April 2007 and has many years' experience in industry, most recently from a position as CFO with the company Brødrene Hartmann. Michael Hedegaard Lyng's background also includes auditing and he holds a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy and an MSc. in Business Administration and Auditing.
