ELKO Group Becomes Official Wholesale Distributor of

Starting this year, ELKO Group JSC, one of the leading IT product wholesalers
in Eastern Europe has become the first local wholesaler of „TomTom” navigation
devices for the Baltic States market. Collaboration has begun in the second
quarter of this year.

Earlier, „TomTom” products were only supplied to the Latvian market by a
foreign wholesaler's branch office. From now on, ELKO Group also offers
„TomTom” products in Latvia and the Baltic States. With ELKO Group joining the
official distribution network of the German office of „TomTom”, Latvian vendors
will have access to an even broader range of these products.

In early May, „TomTom” came forth with two new product lines: „TomTom One” and
„TomTom XL”. The products have been completely redone and adapted to the latest
requirements. The new product range is characterised by a compact design and
the new, easy-to-fold „EasyPort™” system. At this point, ELKO Group is offering
Latvian IT product retailers the classical range of „TomTom” products, and very
soon, ELKO Group will start to offer the latest “TomTom” product lines.

„TomTom” is a world-leading developer and manufacturer of navigation systems,
with a 50% market share in Europe and a 25% market share in the U.S. The
company's products are based on navigation solution offerings using satellite
navigation, or GPS.
