Allokton AB (the Company) has yesterday, June 26th 2008, published information concerning their subsidiary Allokton Properties AB. Due to the fact that the subsidiary to the Company cannot meet its obligation to pay interests for their bond, the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB finds that there is adverse uncertainty regarding the Company’s financial situation.
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has decided that the shares in Allokton AB (ISIN code SE0001630989 and order book ID 37878) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Monday, June 30th, 2008.
