TECHNOPOLIS ENTERS INTO A BUILDING CONTRACT IN ST. PETERSBURG

Technopolis Plc has entered into a building contract concerning the first phase
of the Pulkovo technology center in St. Petersburg. The new technology center
is located near Pulkovo airport, on the plot owned by Technopolis St.
Petersburg LCC, which is Technopolis Plc's fully-owned subsidiary. A Russian
company, STEP Construction, was chosen as the turnkey contractor for the first
phase. The building contract comprises the implementation of the building
project as well as the management of permit regulations and general planning of
the project. The first phase is estimated to cost EUR 50 million and the area
to be built will be approximately 24,100 gross square meters. The first phase
of Pulkovo technology center is scheduled for completion in spring 2010.
