(Nasdaq:ECMV) announced today that on June 26, 2008 it received confirmation from the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") that the Company's previously disclosed non-compliance with Nasdaq's filing requirements for continued listing resulting from the Company's failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 2, 2008, has been cured. The Company filed this Annual Report on Form 10-K on June 6, 2008.
