Invalda AB received the following notifications:
- The notification of Dailius Juozapas Miseikis on the disposal of voting
rights. The threshold that was crossed - 10%, the reason for crossing the
threshold - the resignation from the Board.
- The notification of Dalius Kaziunas together with the persons acting in
concert - the spouse Dovile Kaziuniene and other members of the Board Vytautas
Bucas and Darius Sulnis - on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold
that was crossed - 30%, the reason for crossing the threshold - the acquisition
of voting rights under the Art. 24(2) of the Law on Securities of the Republic
of Lithuania due to the decision of the General Meeting of shareholders to
elect new Board member.
