NEWARK, Del., Aug. 14, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Innospec Inc. (Nasdaq:IOSP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend is payable October 6, 2008 to holders of record of the corporation's common stock on September 1, 2008.
