DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION TO LAUNCH CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS IN DONE
LOGISTICS OY

Co-operation negotiations, based on the Act on Co-operation within
Undertakings, will be launched in Done Logistics Oy, a Done Solutions
Corporation subsidiary in the Systems segment, due to the declining economic
trend and resulting lower demand. The negotiations will be conducted in order
to prepare for the laying off, part-time employment and/or termination of
employment of 0 to 40 employees. The more precise need for and scope of these
adjustment operations will be determined on the basis of the development of the
company's order backlog. In the initial stages, the number of potential
employee adjustments is estimated to remain fairly low, but by taking these
measures, Done Logistics Oy aims to ensure business profitability even under
declining net sales trends. The estimates given in the Interim Report 1-6/2008
on Group net sales and operating profit for 2008 will remain unchanged.
