Segulah Stellata carries out its offer to shareholders of Gunnebo Industrier
after the receive of more than 97 percent of the shares

Segulah Stellata Holding AB has received acceptance for about 8.5 million shares
representing more than 97 percent of Gunnebo Industrier's capital and votes.

A press release by Segulah Stellata earlier today announced that all terms of
the offer to Gunnebo Industrier's shareholders have been met and that the offer
will thereby be carried out.

Segulah Stellata also announced that:

•Payment to shareholders who have accepted the offer during the acceptance
period will be reported starting around 29 August 2008

•Segulah Stellata may also acquire shares in the market

•Segulah Stellata intends to demand compulsory redemption of the outstanding
shares of Gunnebo Industrier
