Today the Central Bank of Iceland auctioned Treasury Notes in series RIKB 09
0612 and RIKB 10 0317. In this auction the offered amount was up to 10,000
m.kr. in RIKB 09 0612 and up to 5,000 m.kr. in RIKB 10 0317 at nominal value.
The main results of the auction were:
RIKB 09 0612:
Number of bids in RIKB 09 0612 were 23, amounting to ISK 8,050 million nominal
value. Bids were accepted for ISK 3,400 million nominal value at weighted
average clean price of 96.47 (yield of 13.16% - Street convention). Highest
clean price allocated was 96.585 (13.00%) and lowest clean price allocated was
96.445 (13.20%).
RIKB 10 0317:
Number of bids in RIKB 10 0317 were 24, amounting to ISK 14,375 million nominal
value. Bids were accepted for ISK 5,000 million nominal value at weighted
average clean price of 91.95 (yield of 12.95%). Highest clean price allocated
was 91.95 (12.95%) and lowest clean price allocated was 91.95 (12.95%).
