AS Järvevana (previous business name AS Merko Ehitus) announces that on 15 August 2008 the following changes in the Management Board of AS Järvevana were entered into the commercial register: former members of the Management Board Tõnu Toomik, Veljo Viitmann, Tõnu Korts, Alar Lagus and Andres Agukas were deleted from the register and Toomas Annus (personal ID code: 36010050241) was entered into the register as a Member of the Management Board. The changes are related to the restructuring process of AS Järvevana and information on them has been previously published in the announcement of 15 April 2008. In addition, AS Järvevana announces that as of the registration of division on 1 August 2008 as detailed in the division plan approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders of AS Merko Ehitus on 3 June 2008 (announcement published on 3 June 2008), the Supervisory Board of AS Järvevana consists of the following persons: Tõnu Toomik (personal ID code: 36103080339), Jaan Mäe (personal ID code: 36409260289) and Teet Roopalu (personal ID code: 34908300259). The Supervisory Board of AS Järvevana has adopted a decision to elect Tõnu Toomik as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS Järvevana.
