Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On August 21, 2008 , Mr Jeffrey M. Solomon, USA has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
CCR Logistics Systems AG, Dornach, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007627200, WKN:
762720, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 15,
2008 and now amount to 3.05% (this corresponds to 231526 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6. Sentence 2 of the
WpHG, 3.05% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 231526 Voting Rights)
are to be attributed to Mr Solomon.
