Die Ramius L.L.C., New York, USA hat uns gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG am
21.08.2008 mitgeteilt, dass ihr Stimmrechtsanteil an der CCR Logistics
Systems AG, Dornach, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007627200, WKN: 762720 am
15.08.2008 durch Aktien die Schwelle von 3% der Stimmrechte überschritten
hat und nunmehr 3,05% (das entspricht 231526 Stimmrechten) beträgt.
Davon werden der Ramius L.L.C. gem. § 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 WpHG 2,80% der
Stimmrechte (das entspricht 212585 Stimmrechten) und gemäß § 22 Abs. 1,
Satz 1, Nr. 6, Satz 2 WpHG 0,25% der Stimmrechte (das entspricht 18941
Stimmrechten) zugerechnet.
