NCC construct offices and workshop for Tetra Pak in Lund

NCC Construction Sweden has been commissioned to construct office and workshop
premises at Tetra Pak's complex in Råbyholm, Lund. The order is worth
approximately SEK 206 million.

The order pertains to construction of a total of approximately 19,000 square
meters of office and workshop space. Tetra Pak's complex in Lund currently
comprises premises for research and development, manufacturing of process
equipment and complete packaging lines, as well as a development unit for
technical service. The newly built workshop premises will be used by Tetra Pak
to conduct tests of packaging machines prior to their delivery to customers.

- Over the years, NCC has completed a number of contracts at Tetra Pak's
facilities in Lund and once again being able to participate in the expansion of
Tetra Pak's operations in Sweden will be both a stimulating and an enjoyable
task,” says Torsten Erlandsson, Business Manager at NCC Construction Southern
Region.

Construction will start in September 2008 and the work is scheduled for
completion in March 2010. In total, about 25 people will be engaged in the
project.

The order will be registered during the third quarter of 2008.
