The UCITS Fund Danske Invest

On the extra ordinary general meeting held on 7 May 2008, the following was     
adopted:                                                                        

• Merger between the subfund, Danske Invest Sundhed and Danske Invest Indeks    
  Health                                                                        

Care. The latter is the continuing sub-fund under the name Danske Invest Indeks 
Health                                                                          

Care.

Hence, the above-mentioned changes will be implemented on OMX Nordic Exchange   
Copenhagen,                                                                     

so that the last trading day for the discontinuing sub fund Danske Invest       
Sundhed will be 10                                                              

September 2008.
