IT – Signing up for warrants and certificates on the Nordic Exchange Copenhagen (74/08)

The new market for warrants and certificates will be launched according to schedule on 
September 29, 2008.

Data centres and developers who need to extract data from the market should note that they will not per default gain access to perform such extractions. This also applies to members, who will not automatically be set up to reach the order books. Therefore, we kindly ask data centres, developers and members to contact kith@nasdaqomx.com by September 17, 2008 stating the details below in order for us to set you up in the systems if you so wish:

*	Company name

*	Participant ID

*	For members only: Whether you wish to be invoiced according to Price List I or II. 
		Please see the price list on page 6, item 5, on the link 
		http://www.omxnordicexchange.com/Markedsaktorer/Medlemmer/prisliste/ 

*	For data centres and developers only: The company name(s) you are extracting on behalf of.

The new market will be set up in SAXESS' partition 3 and named OMXWAR. The two connecting submarkets are:
1) DKWA WAR - OMXCPH Warrants
2) DKWA CERT - OMXCPH Certifikater.
