On September 5, 2008, the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Tallinn Stock Exchange decided to satisfy the application of Saku Õlletehase AS from August 12, 2008, and to delist its shares from the Main List of TSE starting from the next day after the Estonian CSD has transferred minority shares to the majority shareholder - Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ. Today, on September 19, 2008, the Estonian CSD transferred minority shares to the majority shareholder and as a result Carlsberg Estonia Holding OÜ became the only shareholder owning 100% of the Saku Õlletehas shares. Thus are the delisting preconditions completed and the shares of Saku Õlletehas will be delisted from the TSE Main List starting from September 20, 2008.
