Peab rebuilds a mall in Örebro Peab's subsidiary Nybyggarna i Nerike, NBA, has been commissioned to carry through the rebuilding of the Träffpunkt mall in central Örebro. The customer is Alecta pensionsförsäkring, ömsesidigt Aberdeen Property Investors Nordic AB and the contract amounts to SEK 130 million. The trade area will increase by 50 per cent, through an existing parking deck will be rebuilt. It is a partnering contract where work has begun and it is estimated to be ready during the autumn 2010.
